I’m Mike, co-founder of Future Fans, and I can’t stop smiling every time I hear our new ticket printer fire up.
In today’s world of mobile entry, the paper ticket—the kind you can tuck into a drawer, frame on a wall, or hand to your kid as a keepsake—has almost disappeared. We decided to bring that magic back. When you tell us about a game that lives in your heart, we print a commemorative ticket on heavy stock and mail it to you, free.
The responses have been moving. They aren’t just about scores; they’re about family, love, and moments that last a lifetime. Here are a few that capture what this is all about.

A Father–Daughter Stanley Cup Run
Game: San Jose Sharks vs. St. Louis Blues – May 25, 2016 – SAP Center
“I attended this game with my dad, who's a huge reason why I love hockey as much as I do, and my favorite person to watch the Sharks with over the years. If there's a big game to go to, he never leaves me hanging! This game was electric—it sent the Sharks to their first Stanley Cup Final in franchise history, and we had a front row seat to all the action (almost literally). I'll never forget chanting ‘We want the cup!’ together as time expired. It was one of my favorite moments as a Sharks fan, and I love that I got to experience it with my dad in real time.” —Rebekah

Monday Night With Three Generations
Game: Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions – September 28, 1998 – Pontiac Silverdome
Patrick sat in the stands with his dad and grandfather for what would be their final Lions game together. The team pulled out a Monday Night win, but the true victory was three generations sharing one unforgettable night. His commemorative ticket now feels like a family heirloom.

A Game—and a Love Story
Game: Ohio State vs. Alabama – January 1, 2015 – Mercedes-Benz Superdome
Daniel chose this game because it was the first big sporting event he attended with the woman who would become his wife. The Buckeyes upset Alabama, but the real highlight was realizing this was the first of many adventures they’d share.
